Konzepthaus report covers employment development in car design

A new report from Konzepthaus Design Study (KDS) sheds light on salary differences and career development in car design. It aims to support OEMs and suppliers as they prepare their businesses for improvement. 

Data for the report was collected using an anonymous online survey. Key findings include salary differences between both job roles and region, the gender mix across junior and senior roles, and the time spent on administrative work in comparison to creative work. There is also information on employee training.
