An industry survey has revealed frustrations with slow decision-making and poor communication in the design process
Poor or slow management decisions are the biggest challenges facing the design process, according to an industry report from Konzepthaus.
The report surveyed over 450 people from 27 countries at a variety of levels of seniority with the majority of respondents taking aim at management for poor or slow decision-making. Bad communication was the second biggest bugbear while employees seemed happier with the collaborative elements of their job and that they had the correct software and hardware with which to work.
